Out of Character

"Out Of Character" (OOC) in the Cybernaut Network refers to any content or commentary that exists outside the fictional universe of Neo-Europa. While most of the wiki is written as if it were an internal archive of the megacity itself—complete with in-universe perspectives, myths, and digital records—OOC pages are authored by real-world contributors to explain creative decisions, project structure, contributor guidelines, or legal notes. These sections break the fourth wall to provide transparency and context about how the world is built, who is building it, and how others can get involved.
