From Cybernaut Network
Revision as of 13:46, 24 May 2025 by Admin AK (talk | contribs) (Notes)

As of 2084, Europe is no longer organized by nations, but by fortified enclaves, megacities, and ledger-governed corporate zones. Most of the continent fractured during the Great Fragmentation War and the Climate Exodus. Below is a table of known city-states that survived and stabilized into autonomous power centers:

🏙️ City-State Overview

City-State Location Governance Specialty
Neo-Europa Brussels, Belgium Council of Nobles (Seven Families) Cybergovernance, myth-management, Cypherspace
Neo-Marseille Marseille, France (inland) Syndicate cartels & rogue AI ports Sleeplight logistics, wet-ware smuggling
CarlsCradle Near Copenhagen, Denmark Techno-clerical council Bioengineering, ecosystem design, organ synthesis
AlpenVault Swiss Alps Technocratic vault enclave Quantum storage, cryo-preservation, elite exiles
Iron Penumbra (Berlin Core) Berlin Substructure Archivist regime with surveillance-led control Ideological data vaulting, echo-espionage
Valhalla-9 Norwegian island complex Neo-pagan militia + chapel-AI nexus Tactical mysticism, cyber-raiding
Black Praga Prague metro ruins Splicer Guilds & rogue Depth alliances Veil-forging, ICE art, memory rituals

Sleeplight corridors connect only the most stable enclaves and are often myth-protected or corporately owned.

Many smaller, nomadic or seasonal enclaves exist and are not shown.
